In the lower photo Dr. Harry Tarica, right, cuts the ribbon officially opening the new Temple assisted by Mr. Salvatore Cohen who also officially cut the ribbon. They are shown with their wives. Mrs. Tarica's face is almost hidden by Dr. Tarica.
